Abigail Clark, B.S.

Practicum/Internship Student

What do I do at CAPS?

My name is Abigail Clark, and I am a graduate student at Liberty University, currently pursuing my master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. As a practicum intern at CAPS, I will be conducting intake sessions with students and working with clients on their counseling journey. I'm excited to be part of the CAPS team and to provide a supportive space for students to grow and thrive.

What is it like to work with me?

I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and valued. My goal is to help you express yourself freely and authentically, empowering you to navigate challenges and make meaningful changes in your life. I approach counseling with empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit, tailoring sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or growth, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

What do I do outside of CAPS?

Outside of CAPS, I'm likely diving into coursework for my graduate program or spending quality time with friends and family. I love reading good books and spending cozy time with my cat, Maxine. On quieter days, I enjoy reflecting with a good cup of coffee or finding inspiration for new hobbies to try. My favorite moments are those spent connecting with loved ones and recharging through simple joys.
